At least he has a new job to look forward to. Meanwhile, a man wakes up in a jar with no memory of anything. He can’t remember his name, what gravity is, or what the things on the end of his legs are. The real problem comes when he tries to figure things out, and someone comes along to wipe his memory clean again.

It ordered itself to prepare, guiding itself towards the planet, surging forward like an avenging angel. When it hits, maybe our neighbours will stop complaining about the noise levels.
